Synn Sparkling Rosé by Leconfield Wines

Cool climate Coonawarra Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were harvested separately for this Brut style Sparkling Rosé, promoting elegance and delicacy in the fruit. Pale salmon in colour, with delicate effervescence and tone fruit nose with an attractive yeasty complexity and subtle flavours of cherry on the palate.

Finniss River Sparkling Shiraz

A perfect start to Christmas Day. This Sparkling Shiraz won a Gold Medal at the Australian Small Winemakers Show. Dark Red with Violet Hues aromas of mulberry and blackberry fruits, with a hint of spice and white pepper, impress everyone when you match this wine with Christmas ham!

Bone Dry Rosé

Crafted by fifth generation winemaker Simon Gilbert the Bone Dry Rosé is a dry Provence style Rosé from Mudgee NSW. A unique blend of Franco-Italian Varietals (Petit Verdot, Cabernet Primitivo, Sangiovese and Merlot) form the ultimate summer wine; crisp, refreshing and dry as a bone. Best enjoyed with seafood, sunshine, and served chilled.

Colours of the South by Purple Hands Shiraz

When two good mates get together, one the Chief Winemaker with a major winery (Craig Stansborough, Grant Burge Wines), the other with a passion for wine (Mark Slade) – the inevitable had to happen and Purple Hands Wines was created. From humble beginnings Purple Hands have become an award winning producer, most recently being presented the Trophy for Best Small Producer at the Barossa Wine Show.

Purple/Red colour leads to an enticing nose of cherry, plum, dried herbs with French oak adding a vanilla caramel note. With long fine tannins and excellent fruit concentration delivering Barossa Shiraz fruit sweetness and a lovely persistence makes this wine very drinkable now but with the ability to age well over the next 10-15 years.

Richard Hamilton Colton’s GSM

Richard Hamilton Wines are reflective of the distinctive McLaren Vale region with its Mediterranean climate producing great value, fruit driven wines. The Hamilton family has been involved in winemaking and grape growing for five generations. Dr Richard Hamilton now continues his family’s long tradition of involvement in the wine industry.

All the components of this wine have come from Hamilton’s Farm Block, on the southern edge of the McLaren Vale township. The individual varieties were fermented separately and matured in seasoned oak to retain fruit dominance. The style of the wine is based on the mouth filling texture provided by Grenache and structure and density characteristic of Shiraz and Mourvèdre. The Colton homestead overlooks the gently sloping ‘Farm Block’ on which the varieties sourced for this wine are grown.

The Natural Wine Co Cowra Sauvignon Blanc (Certified Organic)

The Natural Wine Co. is a collective of wine community professionals who initially banded together to fill a niche for an organic, preservative free, fruit driven Shiraz.

The Natural Wine Co Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic wine with prominent tropical fruit characters including passionfruit, melon, pineapple and grapefruit. The flavours are well balanced with mid palate fruit weight combining with a fresh lively finish.
