Leconfield ‘La Sevillana’ Rosé- McLaren Vale, SA


Leconfield estate was established in 1974 by pioneering oenologist Sydney Hamilton. Leconfield has embraced innovation to produce high quality wines which are sought after all around the world.


‘La Sevillana’ Rosé is named after the roses which feature in Leconfield’s vineyards. Noted for its elegant fragrance, this floribunda rose provides orange-red flowers for an extensive period of the year.


The ‘La Sevillana’ is a A bunch of roses in a glass! Fragrant and aromatic, it’s a dry style of rosé that has been crafted to have great flavour and persistence. Made from Merlot that was harvested at night to take advantage of cool temperatures, it finishes clean, fine and crisp.


Centennial Vineyards Methode Tradionelle- Southern Highlands, NSW


This wine is a sparkling blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay, and 3% Pinot Meunier, all grown in Centennial’s cool-climate Bowral vineyards at 700m altitude. It has been made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, and shows complex aromas of smoky strawberry, citrus, seaspray and almond brioche. The elegant palate has great texture and mouthfeel, yet is fine and poised. Ripe strawberry, yellow apple and ripe grapefruit flavours abound in this approachable style. The crisp natural acidity ensures a long, clean and savoury finish. Great as an aperitif.

Precious Little Wines Manganara Shiraz, Barossa Valley, SA


The Precious Little Wine label was founded by mates – viticulturist Adam Smith and winemaker Marty O’Flaherty in 2016. The competitive duo played cricket against each other and have been mates who have shared a friendly and sledge-filled rivalry ever since. They jumped on the opportunity to create a brand forged on their desire not to become the next “big volume commercial” success but instead craft “unique and precious little parcels of fruit” into intriguing small batch wines.


This Barossa Valley Shiraz has all the bells and whistles! Great pedigree fruit from a single vineyard site in the sought after Marananga sub region of the Barossa Valley. Hand-picked, cold-soaked, wild fermented then pressed to mature in a mix of new and aged French and American oak – simple. Low cropping, great soil, minimal intervention (in this case – less is just so much more).
