2017 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay. Pinot Noir provides a floral lift of strawberry, cherry and violet characters on the front palate whilst Chardonnay adds length and enhances the crisp apple and citrus finish. A very fine, persistent bead and dryness will definitely leave you wanting another glass!

The NV Clover Sparkling Brut is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. In 2014 and 2015 handpicking ensured only the cleanest, highest quality fruit made it to the winery.
Five different clones of Pinot Noir from 2015 were used to give a delicate pink blush with delightful notes of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. 10% of the Chardonnay was barrel fermented in well-seasoned French oak providing structure and richness on the palate. The remainder of the 2014 Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature to retain elegant citrus and apple. The aged Chardonnay shows developed biscuit and honeyed flavours. The wine has a fine bead and delicate mousse finishing with a hint of sweetness.
