1 x Finniss River Pinot Noir
1 x Centennial Methode Traditionelle
1 x Ladies Chardonnay
Finniss River Pinot Noir – From a family owned vineyard located 75kms south of Adelaide, in the cool maritime climate of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, known as the Currency Creek wine region.
Centennial Methode Traditionelle – Centennial Vineyards can fairly claim to be at the forefront of Sparkling winemaking in Australia – this wine is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay, and 3% Pinot Meunier and was one of only two wines to be awarded Gold in this class.
Ladies Chardonnay – From the vineyards and winery of Fowles Wine, located in the dramatic granite landscape of Strathbogie Ranges region of Victoria. Pale straw yellow in colour. The nose is packed with stone fruit characters, honey dew melon and an inviting and rich toasty oak aroma. The palate is generous, complex and elegant with flavours of fresh ripe stone fruits and honey toasted oak playing on the palate. A balanced and delicious wine with a long finish.
